All seems so quite here ...... Where are all the people ..... "Is it the snow ... ?" (Wolverhampton ) I'm coming everyday on this place but have the impression to be in a desert place. DJ and Julia are especially silent .... Is all OK ?!?

Greetings Secretchord, Yeah, I haven't been posting because no one else has been posting, but I guess that is counterproductive! Things have been pretty slow in the Jeff news & bootleg department. Although, I'm certain new and exciting treasures will be discovered this year! It's already been a great start - thanks to you! love, Nusrat P.S. Lovely picture of Mick and your daughter.

I'm loving to see you back Julia and I'm supremely loving the whole Bataclan show, I'm listening to it since yesterday. Each time so strange, you believed you knew the show and .... no, it's like a discovery, a new world .... and "Grace" 1994 ... it's true, I began with the "live" things and strangely discovered the pearl "Grace" quite a year later, and didn't listen so much, as I was fulfilled with the live stuff. But yesterday evening I listened 3 times to it, full. Amazing. Amazing.

Hello all! Been a bit of a weird time for me the past few months, and doesn't look to be getting much better, but I shall try and be a better Demon than I have been so far in 2010! What am I loving? Hmm...having our lodger pawing through my CD collection "I'll have a copy of that. Ooh, that's meant to be great. Ahh Bowie! I'm having some of that!" and slipping him Grace to copy along with the dozen others he painstakingly whittled the numbers down to. The dogs loving the snow over the winter period (pics to follow). House back on TV! Me starting to get the 'positive mental attitude' back again. Erm, Finally having a radiator in the bathroom, what a Godsend! I'm sure there's more, I'll come back to them later

One of the better action shots, as most of the photos I took in the back garden featured snow only, bloody digital cameras and their delay! Another where they actually stopped still for a moment. Vivi(anna) left, (Vin)Cenzo right. This may look at first glance a fir tree, but it's actually some ivy growing on the garden wall. I just thought it loooked nice

Today I'm loving a stray kitten I found at my university about a week ago. She was very very very sad and sick, her head was sort of hanging to the left because she had some disease in her left ear. Then I took her to the vet and the vet prescribed some medicine. Today, although her head is still hanging to the left (her neck is fine, I think she just got used to this position), she is so healthy and happy. I'd love to keep her but I already have 4 other cats, so after I finish her treatment, I'm going to find someone who can give her as much love as I give to my cats.

I'm loving the fact Cenzo's been 'done (had his balls removed the poor thing). Vivi is in season and I just now heard her crying downstairs. I went down to find them locked together. Dirty little buggers!

Good for you SC, I need a new one myself, been using my housemates while they're away to stop getting annoyed with the sluggishness.
Hope you enjoyed your trip, assuming you've been already and didn't fall fowl of the volcano!

I emailed to Gary Lucas who is performing on 25th June with the Gods and Monsters. Just to call him and meet him somewhere for a drink. I'm really excited and will take pics of all the Jeff's famous places, including where he lived.

I'm really excited and will take pics of all the Jeff's famous places, including where he lived. Has he answered yet? I'm curious if he answer e-mails. Of sure, in the five following minutes. We are quite friends. I met him the first time in May 2007 in Paris as he performed in a jazz bar. he spoke about Jeff in very kindly words. So I asked him the same year in late november if he would pay tribute to Jeff for the next Tribute in Paris at Hard Rock Cafe. End of december, the 31rd, he replied affirmatively. Since we were very often in conversation through emails. he called me even one evening at home. It was a special thing because Sony Bmg/MG didn't want to see him performing on the Tribute I organized but I explained them (Sony called me at home too) that I wanted to show the audience the different times in Jeff's musical life, including the first time in NYC with Gary Lucas himself. So I kept Gary Lucas. He performed even Mojo Pin with Mick Grondahl on bass and Ninet Tayeb from Israel as singer. I will post some videos from that second annual Tribute to Jeff. Just let me time to be more confident with my new computer. He just told me the evening he called me at home that it was the first time that somebody asked him to perform at a Jeff Tribute. He is a simple guy but an amazing guitarist.

I'm loving that I FINALLY presented (and passed with honors) my thesis! That work took me almost two years and I'm so glad it's over. Now one more exam and I'll finally graduate! These months have been terribly stressful and I'm sooo happy they ended that I can't express it accordingly! YAY!! Good for you Julia, and fingers crossed for the last exam.
